themselves quite clear about this. I cannot say for certain
that the 1,000,000 members of our Kuomintang are all pure.
But our true members have their true definite principles and
will tolerate no nuisance from the Communists, who advertise
mutton but sell dog's meat. Any member of our Kuomintang
who does not observe the requirements of the "Three Aspects
of Democracy" will either be an impure member or a betrayer. Not only will the people be anxious to kill him, but the
Kuomintang also will have to take stringent measures against
him.
In the present great Chinese Reformation, the footing
of our Kuomintang differs from that of the Communists in at
least the following three radical points:

(1) We are aiming at the emancipation of all the Chinese
and therefore require the co-operation of all
classes. We prefer no dictatorship of any particular
class, which will not only impede the emancipation
of other classes, but will also bring on cruel
oppression. We devote ourselves to the promotion of
a grand union of all peasants, workmen, merchants,
students, and soldiers, and believe that China needs no Dictatorship by the property less classes. Still more are we confident that should the propertyless
classes be allowed to practise Dictatorship in China. there will only be a Dictatorship by unemployed
scoundrels belonging to the propertyless classes, and not by any true propertyless classes. Further we are promoting our revolution to meet the require-
ments of our masses. But the Communists in their
resolution aim at creating propertyless classes,
and this object cannot be attained unless a general
destruction
